nampak gaya ako kena start diet balik..
harus rajin minum air masak je mulai skrg... NO more air kaler2..

Makan pun rasa nya dah x leh makan nasi lagi..
harus ubah balik cara pemakanan ako..

Nota Jemari: harus rajin gi aerobik, gym or joging! Sape nak teman ako gi joging?
