Second day on earth Jakarta.

Yeehaaa Good Morning, Jakarta!!!
Dawn is early, haha, it's about 4:35 am. So it should be 4 am and you're ready to wake up, right? You can only sleep for 3 to 4 hours. I'm really sleepy, I'm lazy to wake up, but today we have to leave early. The journey is quite far so I have to wake up and get ready.

The room includes breakfast. So let's have some breakfast before starting our exploration. 


Breakfast at RUMARASA restaurant in the lobby area. 


There are also many breakfast menus there. The menu is more or less the same as in Malaysia, except there are additional Indonesian side dishes like pecal, cuankie, snacks, etc. In our place, the main menu at Konpom is nasi lemak, but there they prefer fried rice, fried vermicelli. There is also steamboat but it seems to be more of a vegetable dish.


If you feel like eating soup in the morning, you can take this steamboat.

At exactly 7:30, Fanny texted. She said she had arrived at the lobby, we immediately got up and met her in the lobby.

This morning we are going to the Sukabumi district. You can read more about Sukabumi on Fanny's Blog hahaha.


Jom, let's go! Our journey begins.

It's no mistake that the trip to Sukabumi takes about 2/3 hours. Even though it's a highway route, it's still jam-packed. At first, when I was talking to Fanny, I wanted to take her to Bogor or Puncak. But Fanny suggested we go to Situ Gunung in the Sukabumi area because the rides there are only in one area. Why she prefers Sukabumi, let her tell me later on her blog. We just followed after seeing the reviews on tik tok, it seemed like the activities there were interesting. 


For your information, Situ Gunung is an area of ​​forests, mountains and hills. It never crossed my mind that there would be a mini hiking activity. hahahahaa.... 😂 We had to park at the bottom because the upper parking lot was full. So to get to the ticket counter located at the top, we had to 'hike' there. Seriously, I missed a few steps but I didn't want to stay there, so I had to be brave enough to climb those stairs.😁


The VIP ticket price is 150,000 IDR and includes a guide. Ok, not bad because the guide is very helpful in the process of taking pictures hahahaha. Anyway, we took the shuttle first to go to the first activity place.

At this time, everyone is still smiling, you can still laugh. Wait a minute later. 😂 you can still smile or feel like going home hahaha.


The first activity is "Sky Basket". Oh my god, I never imagined I would go up like this. When I saw the tik tok before, I just wanted to go up the sultan's basket. My blood was boiling when I got there, it wasn't the sultan who was calling, it was the 'sky' that was in front of my eyes. Whether you want to or not, you have to strengthen your spirit to go up. When you get 'old', you feel the strain of the height too much hahah.. My blood started to rush out haha. I couldn't run anymore, what could I do to pull myself up? I already had the strength to step on the hanging swing.


Ha, this time I opened my eyes, I was already moving forward while hanging, I closed my eyes. My adrenaline surged when I saw the sky-high forest trees spreading out below us. I couldn't imagine how high the jungle was down there hahah. But luckily there was a steady sislin next to me. So it was a little less scary, although there was still some fear haha..

I don't remember how long this sky basket ride is. What's certain is that there are 2 stations where the ropes connect. When we get to the other end, we have to get off first. And wait for our turn to get back on and turn back. Oh my god, this time I'm trying to get rid of the feeling of dread.


Hahaha I want to laugh watching this video again.. it's really scary 😂


While waiting for my turn to break back, thank God I felt less afraid.


Then I started to feel a little braver. I could open my eyes, but I couldn't look down. 



Masa ni nampak la dah cool down gemuruhnya tu kan 😁 tapi kalau suruh ulang balik memang tak la kot setakat ni. Cukup la kita cuba sekali seumur hidup haha. Ako video call ngan Uyum masa ni, kemain dia ajak ako gi situ sebab dia pun nak naik. Of coz la ako jawab, idok le nak ulang lagi oii 😂😆

After setting off the sky basket, we took a short break. This package included a welcome drink and snack. It was almost lunchtime, so we filled our stomachs with some fried food. Once we were full, we continued our journey to the suspension bridge.



After that, we climbed the suspension bridge. This one, I'm not that serious. But it is indeed a long bridge.


Next photo spot here. Then we went to the waterfall area. Once again we had to hike. I was already nervous about stepping on slippery rocks, the damp ground. I wanted to carry my body like a rhino, with my knees hurting hahah my feet suddenly felt like they were 'sulking' when I tried to walk. But I was also strong just to see the waterfall 😁 It would be a shame if I had to break my back, right? The journey is already halfway through the twists and turns of life haha ​​#tiber


There are a lot of people here at the moment. Some people take a quick shower. They can cool their faces for a while. This is really fun for a picnic. But we're only there for a short while. After posing, we leave.


The last time we went up... ha, this is the only "sultan's basket" that isn't scary hahah. It was my intention to go up this way from the beginning 😆






This one is really quite relaxing. The distance isn't far, and the altitude isn't that high. So if you've ridden this one before, you're guaranteed not to be on the "keranjang langit," haha.

After the Sultan's basket, there was another red bridge that we skipped because we felt like we couldn't climb anymore. To get to the parking lot, we were given the option to take a gojek or go straight to the red bridge. Of course, we just wanted to take a gojek back to the main gate haha. To take a gojek, we had to pay 50,000 IDR. A gojek is like a taxi, but it's a motorbike, not a car. Hahaha, it's my first time riding a motorbike. The journey and route were very winding. Too bad we didn't have time to take pictures or videos haha ​​because the ojeks were so fast. 

I thought the sky basket was scary but riding a motorcycle taxi was even scarier 😆If you don't hold on tight, you'll be thrown backwards. You'll just have to wait for the others to explain.

After finishing at Situ Gunung, we headed back. On the way back, we had dinner at Ayam Bunut.


Weii cop dah kenapa ayat kat atas ni jadi omputih??????? hahaha jenuh ako translate balik ke malay jadi pelik plak bahasa baku plak tulisan nya...

Ako continue je la ye, ok makan malam kat ayam bunut. Seriously ayam bunut ni adalah ayam geprek  hahaha lebih kurang la. Siap sambal memang superb pedas!!! Untuk peminat pedas, memang ako rekomen korang try ke sini. Sedap sangat-sangat dan puas hati dengan kepedasan nya. 



Nasi, ulam dan sambal kena ambil sendiri. Ako assume memang boleh tambah la ye. 



Lauk pauk dia banyak tau!! Memang rambang mata tapi nasib baik bukan ako yang gi order haha. Kalau ako, konpom semua nak di cuba.


Tempat ni dah malam pun masih ramai. Kawasan dia luas, banyak tempat makan tapi tetap la penuh. 


Sebab Raka yang orderkan untuk kami, jadi ini la dia lauk nya. Semua pun sedap-sedap sangat. Ingat nak tambah nasi tapi malu plak 🙈 

Fanny ada orderkan dessert tapi lupa nama nya. Gambar pun lupa nak amek. Memasing syiok layan ayam dan sambal haha.

Sebellum balik kami solat dulu kat situ. Jangan risau, mushola ada disediakan. 

Perjalanan pulang ke Jakarta agak panjang gara-gara sesak di laluan jambatan yang sedang dibaikpulih. 

Kami sampai hotel lewat malam. Kepenatan semua orang especially Raka & Fanny. Dah le esoknya nak jumpa lagi kitorang hahah..

Ingatkan malam tu nak ajak sislin mengopi kat area hotel tapi ako pun terlalap awal😂 Ok la kita stop sini dulu.

Nota Jemari: hari yang memenatkan tapi best! Daerah Sukabumi ni memang jarang orang Malaysia akan jejak. So, jika korang sukakan kelainan, maybe boleh masukkan tempat ni dalam itinerary korang. Yang penting, sila pakai baju dan kasut yang bersesuaian ye!! Enjoy.....😍
