7 Days Challenge : Rainbow Smoothie - Week ONE

 


WEEK ONE Nutrition Challenge:

Replace 2 meals with 2 Glasses of any of your choices of smoothie with at least 1 type of vegetable as one its main ingredients.
Eat 1 solid meal per day preferably during lunch or dinner so we won't feel that hungry. Make sure your main meal has plenty of protein (chicken/fish/beef etc):
❌ oily, ❌ goreng2
❌sugary,
❌non- processed food such as instant noodles, bread, bakeries or canned food for this Challenge to work.
If you're looking to lose some 2-3kg in 7 days, this 🌈 Challenge could be of assistance. 💪

Moh la kita sahut challenge ni...
Nak sihat pun iye juga....
Tapi takde la beriyer sangat nak 'kecut' kan badan.
Bukan apa, takut terover estimate diri sendiri hahaha..

Pape pun ok lagi la kan setakat minum smoothie untuk bekfes...
Pastu tengahari or malam bole je amek protein.
Fuh, nasib ada order healthy food aritu dari TIASTY.

So ayoh kita sahut cabaran ni!!!
Sape nak join, moh la kita....

Moga istiqomah la ye....aminnnn!!

Nota Jemari: Setahun je cepat betul badan membesar 😆

  4. Kalau ada juicer, sangat membantu untuk challenge ni. Good luck, Ako! Saya pun nak cuba tinggalkan makanan berminyak, gula, fast food dan makanan diproses. Kita cubalah mana kita mampu, yek. Berusaha! :)
