WEEK ONE Nutrition Challenge:

Replace 2 meals with 2 Glasses of any of your choices of smoothie with at least 1 type of vegetable as one its main ingredients.
Eat 1 solid meal per day preferably during lunch or dinner so we won't feel that hungry. Make sure your main meal has plenty of protein (chicken/fish/beef etc):
❌ oily, ❌ goreng2
❌sugary,
❌non- processed food such as instant noodles, bread, bakeries or canned food for this Challenge to work.

Pape pun ok lagi la kan setakat minum smoothie untuk bekfes...
Pastu tengahari or malam bole je amek protein.
Fuh, nasib ada order healthy food aritu dari TIASTY.
