Kiri Kanan kiri kanan dia mengayuh.
Dengan gigihnya tak putus asa.
Tapi nina tengok cam nak putus napas hahah...

Takpe semangat tu mesti ada kan.
Kalau tak, sampai bebila pun malas nak mula.
Jom ar ikut Uyum bersenam.


MAMA ngan nina tengok utube je bersenam.
Jadi la kan....
Janji keluar juga peluh nya tu kan..

Arini Uyum nak exercise lagi TAPI dia nak exercise yang TAK penat!
Hahahahahha macam-macam la uyum ni kan😆

Nota Jemari: Korang plak watpe petang-petang tu? Makan cekodok ke😁

  2. Lama dahh tak bersenammm huhuhu, dulu rajinn jugak main badmintonnn depan rumah, lani duduk rumah bertingkat, nak main mana tak tahu ahahaha.

  4. bicycle gym ni lah dok usha dalam shopee. tapi tak beli beli lagi. Bagus lah Uyum rajin exercise. tapi mana ada exercise tak penat uyum uiiii..hehe
